Already had the dual handle control in there, but I didn't mention putting the motor in neutral for tiller start - fixed.
I'm not getting in the middle of the whole 8-second thing. I've got zero experience with the primer solenoid, and unless I can get a good consensus from a few experts, I'm sticking with the instructions as per the manual.
