johnson fich 150 false alarm

hi i own an 1998 fich 150. When i try to go full throttle, the alarm goes on and the second from the left lamb light up. (i thing is the temperature). The engine works in "safe mode" max 1700rpm

If a switch it off and on again everything return to normal and alarm and light stops.

i change thermostats, fuel pump, fuel filter, but nothing so far.
