Moving along with the 1989 Lowe 1600 project.
This boat has a Johnson 40 with an added CMC TT unit. When the CMC was added, the control cables were evidently used from a longer boat, as the 3 had a "loop" in them
. Of course, the steering cable failed. So I'm considering using the TT unit on a different hull and will need to get 3 new cables of the original OEM length for the the boat.
Looking around at many suppliers, which source would you with experience recommend ?
