Johnson outboard Identification

I have a 120 vro johnson outboard motor model no aAJ120TLCO5 serial no A0710683 which is a 1985 model. I was told that this motor is a commercial type motor, it seems to be a lot larger in size block heads and gearcase assembly as compared to my friends johnson 140 hp. Could this motor be a commercial type. Thank you.
