I have a Johnson 15 Sea Horse<br />Model # 15R745<br />Can anyone tell me what year this is and what the gas to oil ratio is?<br />Thanks<br />Jay <br /><br />PS Does anyone know where I can find a cheap used/new manual for this motor?

1974; 50:1 gas/oil mix<br /><br />I would check ebay for a manual before anywhere else. I was able to get a factory service manual for my motor very cheap that way. If you get lucky like me, you will get a used manual with notes from the mechanic who was using it. You can go to kencook.com also, but you will pay full price. Sometimes you have to search ebay a few times to find the manula you need, but it will usually show up.<br /><br /> One listing that I found.

Hello<br />Thanks for all the great infomation. I enjoy boating/fishing but I don't have much knowledge on motors. A lot of trial and error. Oh well...its fun. Thanks again for your information!<br />Jay
