I have an old '52 - '54 Johnson Sea Horse 3 HP<br />and I don't know the fuel mixture to use. Any and all help is great.<br /> Thanx

Hello. <br />The manual advises 1:16 sae 30 4cycle engine oil.<br />I guess it would be safe to go with 1:24 tc-w3 2 cycle oil.<br />Good luck.

Hi Flyfisher<br />rollmops is correct. TCW3 at 24:1 is the recomended dose. Back in those days you could get by in a pinch with SAE30 wt. non-detergent at 16:1.
