Hello,
I got another newbie Q'...
Is the impeller for my motor (1983 Johnson 4hp Seahorse Model No: J4BRLCTA) the same as with the Seahorse 4hp Deluxe version?
I am starting the motor and its overheating and no water at all is coming from the exhaust.
Ages ago I went to a shop and bought an Johnson 4hp Seahorse that's what the bag wrote on it and what they gave me. It also came with a gasket that did not fit my motor. After going though an ebay manual now, I discovered in the schematics that the extra gasket fits the Johnson Seahorse 4hp Deluxe. The manual does not say about part numbers to compare.
