Johnson seahorse 5.5hp CD-14 fuel tank

Hi all, I just bought the johnson Cd-14 motor, but it have no gas tank, from reading on some forums, it seems that this motor needs a pressurized tank. anyone knows where (beside Ebay) I can get this tank or is there a way to work around this and put on a newer tank for use. Please help.

Yes, you can look for a used pressure tank (ebay is best, also craigslist) or you can convert it to use a modern single line tank by adding a fuel pump in. Search this forum. There's many a threads on converting to a single line tank. Used pressure tanks are in the $50-$75 range I find.

DO NOT try and make your own pressure tank.
