Johnson Super Seahorse 40 Electamatic

I picked the above engine up to swap some parts to a 60s Evinrude engine. I can't find the model or serial number on it. I can't even find where one was, like a plate or something that came off. It looks to be a 60s era engine. Where would that info normally be?

On my 60s motor, the tag is on top of the clamps, between the
motor head.
