Johnson/Suzuki 140HP

I posted this in the Johnson section but got no replies so, does anyone know if the wiring for these two Motors is the same, as in, do the Suzuki gauges plug into the Johnson harness? or are they different?

wiring is the same but the colors and plugs have been changed to protect the innocent. The guages will work but you have to do a little custom wiring.

What year engine are you talking about? Is this a newer Suzuki DF140? I have a DT140. This would be good info if the parts changed with my engine.

johnson kept theyr style plugs/controlls/wireing harness the same as so yes theyr diffrent
