Johnson V4 driving me nuts!!

I had a brand new needle/seat that jammed. On inspection, there was a bit of brass machining chaff in the inner bore of the seat. When the needle rotated to the right spot, it hung up, open. Spoiled my day on the shakedown run for my rebuild.

Float pin was worn out pretty bad. I would get the float level, install it, then pull it off just to see the float was WAY off ordered a new pin and float and it worked perfect. racerone.... most rebuild kits don't come with new floats and pins some do but the one i bought didn't. Lesson learned.
