Most are cut and dried subject to generic questions specific to the case at hand - who, what, when, where. The DA knows nothing in particular about most cases unless the officer brings forth something of note beforehand. The felony world is different animal, but just as stupid a place to think "every" officer asks what he should say. That's still the dumbest thing I've read lately!
