ob, i once had a similar experience whilst passing through Canton on I-20, when i get those types of telephone solicitations, i very politely inform the other party that i already more than likely pay more in taxes than his annual income, therefore to freely hand over anymore of my hard earned cash would not be in my interest and thats bad for business. click

I have copied several of these notes and attached to an e-mail to Judge Haven Dysart. e-mail lindardotson@co.potter.tx.us. Maybe a host of e-mail is in order.

Next I plan to get the local Amarillo paper and e-mail letters to editor. Just a little fun.

Kendelton used to be on my way to dove hunt and a known speed trap full of leaches in police uniforms. Did not know they were still at it.

In Texas it is against the law to pay commission on tickets written by leaches but a revenue minimun is legal.

Also watch I-45 south of Dallas 8 lane highway speed lowered to 60 just for purpose of tickets.

They nailed me once it was a while back...the officer "politely" pointed over his shoulder at the speed limit sign which I had failed to notice, along with 99.9% of my fellow motorists.

I had a similar but more nerve wracking situation with the state of TX...My ex with my first child moved there for a year after having lived in WA. for 10 years....Well 5-6- years after she left. Texas contacts Florida and says I owe 13 years of back child support. I says they were in WA!...they said "DO "YOU HAVE CHECKS PROVING you PAID WA? and PROOF OF THEM LIVING IN WA?...I say yes and sent them a transcript or the WA child support payment history I had WA fax me. ( BTW TX says they dont talk to WA). Guess what? next I get it the mail from TX forwarding me the same payment history I sent them from WA...only the document had TEXAS at the top and all the paid entries were listed as unpaid. YES A GOV. OFFICIALLY FORGED DOCUMENT!

I got it strAIGHTENED OUT IN 2-3 YEARS ( with no help from TX) but I could not get a needed passport to travel overseas for business. AND THE FEDS WHO KNEW I WAS CORRECT COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

Imagine what its like talking to bureuacrates ( and women clerks ) asking for help while they believe you to be just another BEAT DEAD DAD!!!..AAARRRRGGGGGGG....TEXAS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the rant.... I say let them take out and fullfill the warrant...then sue them for false arrest.

I was given a ticket In Wilmer,Tx for "failure to show proof of insurance" because I did not have a card that says "Texas liability insurance card" on it. I had the policy with me! I had to drive back to Wilmer with the card to get it thrown out. Sure am glad the fuel prices were not that high back then.
The reason I had my policy with me is because I was pulled over the day b4 in Humble at 0500 and was given a tkt for no insurance. I grabbed my policy to carry with me until a new card could arrive from my agent. It was the 4th July weekend, I guess I should have just not driven anywhere that weekend.

I paid my dept, Every flipping month to washington, then missouri, then arkansas and then TX. TX wanted me to pay it again. If you meant to be sarcastic I suggest you put a smile beside your comment.
I tried to keep my post short, but I dont think I left the part out about me paying my dept.

Sorry, allow me to rephrase.....TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ITS CHILD SUPPORT BLACKMAIL SCHEME SUCKS! As well as anyone who claims I didnt pay my dept.

The Skinny is, that texas and alot of other states can file claims that someone (an out of state non-custodial parent) owes them back child support without proof or documentation. The FEDS then put a hold throughout the states on passports ,divers lisenses, and law and business licenses. I lost a promotion because I couldnt travel overseas. ITS a Dirty secret thst knowone talks about, nor want to hear about. in politics because it is not politically correct to favor the man in the subject of child support.
