just a few problems

first of i just bought boat been sitting for about two years it a 120 sportjet mercury thats all i know about the model and its a 95 the motor still rolls really free so no major inside problem i dont think i pulled carbs off cleaned everthing out in them even let set in cleaner for awhile. the first thing i would like to know is a wiring diagram for all the motor and im to cheap to buy a repair manual. the second problem im having is with the carbs it gets fuel up to them but then it just pours fuel out the front and im also having touble even getting it to fire so have alot of problems wanna get it ready for summer so any help can get will be greatly appreciated

Did you reassemble the carbs with new gaskets and needle/seat? Taking shortcuts will wind up costing you a lot more than the price of a manual.

Yes i replaced the needle seat but still having the same problem its getting fuel to the spark plug cause they have gas on them but still not getting anything i know getting spark cause friend didn't give me enough time to get my hand out of the way before he turned it over and i got to feel the spark then finally got to see it so know getting spark i'm gonna check the timing today when get off work make sure its on but if it is what be next thing need to look for if it is timed and still not getting nothin

Check the carb vents, they are the yellow tube on the right hand side of the motor (when facing the carbs). On my sportjet 90 I had the same problem and the issue was the vent's being clogged, keeping the air from leaving the bowl, and keeping the floats from sealing the needle valves. Try just pulling out the vent Elbows and see if the fuel stops pouring out of the carbs.
