No trim tabs. That pic was taken Thanksgiving Day in October 1982. Engine only had about 4 hours on it. It was doing about 80km/hr. It was Chinewalking, and raising the engine up a couple of bolt holes brought that under control and raised the speed another 4 km.
Two years later, I had an 84 115hp Merc on the same hull, the Merc was faster out of the Hole, and had a higher top speed
