A 2007 bayliner 175 flight series to be exact.

I had a couple questions. The gel coat has started to fade a little bit, and the lower portion is stained from sitting in the water... Do I just buff that out?

Also, any idea how to fit a Bimini on this series boat? It seems like they are all mounted to the tower.

Thank you,
Sam

Good lookin' boat Sam.

I dunno' about the bimini for that boat. I'm used to seein' 'em mounted to fittings on the gunwale with a tube frame. As far as cleaning it up, just buff it. Maybe hit it with a favorite detergent and maybe even try a magic eraser on it. Otherwise see what good ole' fashioned elbow grease'll getcha'.

There's other stuff you can do if that doesn't work.

Thank you sir. Do they sell boat "compounds" for buffing?

Lots of places to get them, but this will give you some ideas of how they mount when you have a tower. Good news is that since you have a tube tower that there will be lots of options.

No Title

Thank you very much guys. Took it for a run around the lake today. With just me, i was able to get up to 43mph. Speedo was showing 50. I was also blown away with the wake this thing puts off for being such a small boat. It's no mastercraft, but for an amateur wakeboarder, amazing.

Also, anyone have any experience with pulling carpet and replacing it with white bedliner?

Has anyone ever used one a taylor made bimini?

I've searched and cant find anyone using this specific one. This one appears to be a universal setup that i may be able to make work with my factory tower.

Thoughts?

Or should i just buy a standard one... it should fit within the tower...

I would buy one that clamps to tower. Why have to deal with drilling holes in boat and having all those extra rods.
