Just Joined- First Boat

Just joined here tonight, we bought our first boat last Sunday and are headed out in the morning for our first time out. I just wanted to say that I have learned alot on here and appreciate all the help you all have given me through reading the previous posts. CAN'T wait for morning! It is a 1984 Celebrity open bow 20', 5.7 Mercruiser. Interior is great for a boat this age. Hope all goes well with our first time out.

We got back this evening....WOW what a great day! Only had one minor problem with the prop at the start of the day. Lesson learned LOL. Thank you for all the well wishes. We will be in the market for a prop for the Mercruiser.....

Welcome to the site. You should post your location in your profile, let other members know if you're local, and possibly find a buddy to go boating with. If you're in Tampa, I have an aluminum prop you could borrow until you find something more suiting.
