Thought I would do some PM this year before I launch my Boat.Port side trim cylinder on the port engine had some corrosion by the seal and looked to be forcing the seal out of its place a little.Operation and function were fine and it was not leaking at all.Figured I would replace it before it would eventually fail.So I replaced it with an almost new one from a pair I bought.I replaced it a few weeks ago.Noticed yesterday that it was leaking a bit from the seal.JUST MY LUCK !!! I am launching thursday am and not sure if I should put the old one back on or just add some fluid when needed to the leaker.I can get another one but dont think I will have a chance to actually install it before launching.Yesterday was my last chance to get everything together for launch.Preventative maintenance is not supposed to go this way.Charlie
