Now that is the most scary answer yet!

No emotion smiley face here.

Would rather have Jason (from the movie) than a Demon-crate
At least you hoped you knew where he stood! :)

I find it interesting that not even the libs here can give any reason whatsoever.

No Art, it doesn't...

WASHINGTON (AP) - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday she would not have attacked Iraq if she were president in 2002 and would end the war if elected, as she tried to blunt rivals like John Edwards who are stoking anti-war passions in the Democratic Party.

Wait a minute here... didn't she vote for the war before she didn't? :p

It has to be difficult to be a democrat and justify the lack of ideas and consistancy.

I saw an interesting poll that men ages 30-58 felt that Hillary reminded them of their first wives. Interesting way to express a maximum dislike. d:)

Try this,

Women are proving to be competent leaders, both in business and as heads of state. At these senior positions they prove to be tough and decisive. Women also tend to have a different perspective on life which could be refreshing (although many on this forum seem to deny her any femininity). Finally she has been the first lady and has a very good idea of how things work, with her husband still involved this could be a highly effective and powerful union. They are both seasoned campaigners with tons of experience. I could not think of a better candidate from the Dems but then again I am not fully conversent with American politics.

Cheers

I'd have to assume you mean Hill? What real world experience does she have? Besides being the first, no second, no 26th Lady?

She is as inexperienced as Obama... or worse, doesn't know she is that inexperienced. She is a joke, a popular joke, but a joke just the same.

2008 is a long way from here, and a lot of the riff raff will go by the wayside. Just because you hear Rush for President doesn't mean he will be elected. :p

The sad part Andrew is the devil is in the details. She is a liar. A documented liar. See the tread about working at home. I work out of my home. I have years of records in bankers boxes. None of them are under my wife's and I bed. None are under the bed in the guest room. None of them are under any bed. It is inconcievable that the first lady had her Rose law firms billing records under her bed in the White House. And even more inconcieveable that if they were, she didn't know it.

Her contempt for a duly constituted court and their supeona forfeits any right she has to uphold the constitution.

Then toss in her indiscriminate "vast right wing conspiracy" accusation, and a myriad of other lies and she would make a terrible representative of this country.

Personally I think that is possibly the only rational reason. If you support a political party that you believe most closely represents your values and positions you should vote for that party's candidate or change parties. Primaries are where I hope you guys and gals who vote with the dangerous party ( I support the stupid party ) can be trusted to deal with her . . . Not that you have any good choices, but she helps narrow the field for you.

You guys would know better than I. I suppose many of the day to day issues are not reported outside the US.

Curiously Pointer, would being a liar make her unique? Would she, in other words, be the first liar to have a go at the No1 job? Methinks others have preceded her in this and been successfully appointed to the job. I thought being a liar was a prerequisite for being a politician.:'( I think that there are very few world leaders who got to where they are for telling the truth, the truth just ain't that popular.

Re: Just one good reason

While I find the Hillary bashing posts generally without substance, hypocritical, and mostly boring, I will offer one over-riding reason:

She's not George W. Bush!

It is one thing to lie about how cute someones baby is or if your wife looks good in any given outfit. It is another to lie in court. But that too is another Clinton legacy not simply wasted on Bill.

I guess the unique part is that they do it under oath. No lying in politics is more the norm than the exception, but lying under oath disqualifies anyone regardless of political stripe.

Yep, and thank heavans for small favors!

The very fact that all you folks that got us into the mess we are in in Iraq and the rest of the world so detest her is reason enough to give her a fair listen to what she has to say.
