ND30 motor oil is the fluid you should be using. Leak down is usually trim pump valve body. If you still have original motor then you should replace seals on it at same time as rebuilding valve body. It is my opinion that trim motor will last for 99 years or until water gets inside ... whichever comes first. Put new seals on it and you have a better chance of making it to 99 years. Original seals usually go out within year or two of valve body causing leak down.
