Just received a Michigan Wheel Apollo Prop notch or dent?

To the left of the end of the prop (pic below) is this a normal notch or dent? I bought this off ebay just wondering if its normal. Suppose to only be used once, but looks brand new.

If not normal will it throw balance off or need to go to prop shop?

Looks like a mfg flaw to me.

Also looks harmless.

I'd say if it spins normally it's a notch, if not it's a dent. I'd consider taking it to a local prop shop and asking them to check the balance of it, I'd bet they may do that for free in anticipation of your future business.
