Something is amiss!!!! tach or rev counter is behaving strangely rising to 7000 for no reason, engine wont idle and even at 3000 sometimes just shuts down, will start OK but cleaned rotor and cap and all connections,, it still persists...... am i missing something obvious? It appears to be electrics to me rather than a fuel issue but any pointers appreciated, PS i have had the clocks out last week looking for a poor connection on the starter circuit
