Hello iboat community - I'm on an endless list of forums from watches, to guns but have never joined a boating forum. I'm the proud new owner of a 1990 Chris Craft Bowrider 197 Concept. It's been in our family since day 1 when I was about 9 years old and after my parents haven't gotten it out the last few summers (and I have endless times) they finally have relinquished control of their fondest memory of raising my brothers and I and have sold it off to me. I'm thrilled to be a boat owner at 31, and the boat is in amazing shape to start. If any other owners out in Portland Oregon area are on here that are freshening up their older boats, say hi - as my project list will likely include a tower, audio system, reupholster, recarpet, different vinyl graphics and so on.
