Just wanted to see if water should be coming out of this hole on this 2008 Mercury 75hp 4 stroke, just repowered this on my pontoon and changed the water impeller with a kit. Any help would be appreciated. I'll post pics and video if allowed. Thanks!

That looks like a cavity drain to me. If so then normal.
