So I'm not the smartest with boats but I got one for free from a cousin and it had a bad motor so I replaced it 4.3 mercruiser and got it all finished up and started and the temps are staying good and everything seems normal except I dont feel water is supposed to come out where it is and I know very little about outdrives so I figured I'd see if it seems normal to you guys, there is no leakes or anything inside the boat just lots of water coming out behind the outdrive it's a omc cobra the boat is a 1991 seaswirl and I replaced the impeller on it and the motor didint over heat and I had it running for a good 20 min on muffs while we were tuning the carb and adjusted a few other things any help should be great it might not be anything but figured I'd check before I put it on the lake next weekend

Hey thanks for the reply and thanks for moving it I wasn't 100% sure where to post it haha I just figured the water should have been exiting threw somewhere else on the outdrive but if it looks good then I suppose I'll try it out on the lake next weekend and see if all my hard work paid off.. thank you
