K & C Thermoglass?

I am just buying a 22 ft K & C cuddy and I can't find out much about them. They were apparently a BC manufacturer that made fiberglass boats from the 1950s to the '70s or 80s. That's all I've got, although a couple of folks seem to have high regard for the hull design and the quality of the 'glass work. I would like to find out more, for archive and curiosity's sake if nothing else.
