got a '97 900 ZXi with one of those little oarnge magnetic key assembalies (not the kill switch) that turns all the power on to the ski, the thing is really cheaply built, and was all rusty. we cleaned it, put new springs in it, and put it back on, it only worked for a few hrs. repeated this 5-6 times, still no better. it causes the guages to go crazy, and sometimes keep the ski from running. has anyone had problems like this with kawasakis? and are replacements still availiable
