Heard that condensation can form over winter in an aluminum built in tank especially if not full of fuel. If you do get this moisture what is remedy to remove it without draining it? Is a fuel/water separator (filter) effective to remove moisture when running the gas thru motor? Is there an additive that can be put in(dry gas)? Any help & advice appreciated.

Since most gas has ethanol in it these days, it will tend to dissolve the moisture. I usually add dry gas for the first fill-up of the season, just to be sure.

If you want to keep moisture from building up over storage time.....keep the tank full ;)

DryGas is not good for outboards. The best thing to do is siphon the bottom 2" of fuel out of the tank into a jerry can. Now siphon the bottom 2" of the Jerry can into a clear container and look to see if you have water, alcohol seperation or both. Pour off and reuse the gas and toss the water and seperated water/alcohol. Use some 2 cycle oil to color the gas, if you need to see it better.
