I have a Whaler 15' that I'm considering doing something to the interior, similar to your 13'
I have it all planned out, except I've run into one snag.
That is, the floor channel you ran the cables/wires through. I believe you used a channel from a Carolina Skiff. I see it in their catalog, but they will not sell it direct. It must go through a dealer.
The closest dealer, to me, is 500 miles away and they are NOT cooperative.
Can you source that channel local-to you?
If so, can we work something out?
