Ken's Solution to Border Security and Katrina Refugees

I figure I can kill two birds with one stone here.<br /><br />We can build housing along the border and the Katrina refugees can live there rent free.<br /><br />If they want extra money, they can get $25 per illegal handed over to the border patrol.<br /><br />Why cant our government think of these things???<br /><br /> <br /><br />Ken
