It all depends how you attach it. It also depends what you have to attach it to. Chances are you can make it work. You may have to do a bit of improvising.

Porto, that device is designed to attach to the steering arm on your outboard which you don't have is you have the old style "cable steering". I think you could rig it up to attach at the same place your cables attach now but it might take a little imagination. Good luck.

Rather than trying to adapt something that is not intended for the type of steering you have, I'd suggest you try the EZ steer unit. I have one and it works great. www.ezsteer.com
