Kicker motor

I want to run a 15 hp kicker. Can I run controls to it? I don't care about electric starting just throttle and shifting. How can I do it with a motor that has tiller controls? If anyone can help please do. Thanks

Mfg tri hull. It already has a kicker plate on it.
