Kill switch issue 1987 Evinrude 28hp

Hello all, lookin for some help. I have a 1987 Evinrude 28hp with electric start and remote steering. I just bought this motor and it wouldn't start the first time I tried it. After a little troubleshooting I narrowed it down to not having any spark. I started with the key switch and that was working fine, then i tested the kill switch and it was stuck in the on position. I ended up cutting the black and yellow wire that runs directly from motor to kill switch and it started right up. My actual question after all that is how do I find a replacement switch or bypass that one so I can actually shut the motor off by switch. The kill switch on my motor is a push button three wire switch, and I just wanna know how I would wire a new one into that because all the ones I've seen have been two wire switches. I planned on getting one of the kill switches with the lanyards on it anyways, I guess this is just gonna speed up thast process. Thanks for the help in advance.
