"kill switch"???

79' johnson seahorse. model#4w79d 4h.p.<br />This motor has no reverse or neutral it's built that way. the throttle is a lever on the front of motor that you slide to adjust the speed. This makes me uneasy. if I was to fall out the boat the motor would just go till it hit something. How could I install a kill swith with a lanyard to this motor?<br /><br />Suzuki40

There is a post here somewhere decribing how to build a lanyard kill switch. do a search and see if you can find it.<br /><br />warlord69 <br />Captain <br />Member # 12143 this is the one that made the switch.
