Kirkland boats

I've found a 19 1/2' Kirkland boat for sale. The owner says it's a 2006. According to everything I've read, Kirkland only produced boats in 2005. I'm not too concerned with a year model, but several things about this boat don't add up. Anyone know anything about the quality of these boats?
