Other than the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) vacuum line to the carb, where else is the fuel system vented?

PCV is crankcase (engine ventilation) not fuel system. The fuel tank has a vent or else it will draw a vacuum as fuel is used, then it can't be pumped to the engine.
