I am looking to replace the ladder for my boat that the rung broke. I really like it as it folded and the quick release mounnting was nice and sturdy. The only thin I found on it was "MAYFAIR MARINE CORP" I have done searches and found nothing on it. Can anyone help with a source or one like it? Will try to post a photo. Thanks

Re: Ladder help

cant really help with the ladder issue, except that if you do a search, some one was trying to find a 3 rung + swim ladder in the last couple of weeks.

Re: Ladder help

That was me. I ended up with a two rung that I bought on e-bay for $50. Look for my thread where I said wife having trouble getting the boat. I have pictures of what I did and posted the link where I bought the ladder.

Re: Ladder help

Did some looking for you, and it appears as though MAYFAIR was bought by Johnson Marine. Unfortunately, it looks like they no longer make and type of ladders.

So I'm just putting this out there. How about something like this :

http://www.iboats.com/Windline_Over...662374237--**********.605407671--view_id.4470

I have a telescoping on my boat, been very happy with it. (unless of course I forget to pull it out of the water, get back to the dock and have half the lake's vegetation hanging on for the ride... )

Re: Ladder help

The ladders you guys have shown me look good but I need it to be removeable. Do you know if they are a quick release removeable ladder? Thanks

Re: Ladder help

The ones shown are generally bolted to the swim platforms. Not really a quick release thing.

Re: Ladder help

Can the one you have be repaired?[/QUOTE

No, the side rail where the top steps mount broke while climbing up. At the same time the mount on the boat broke. As far as the over the side ladders won't fit. I bought one and ruined it. Here are so more photos of what I am looking to do.
