im sure this has happened to a number of people, but one time we had the pontoon out and had been beached with friends when the kids wanted to go out to deeper water to swim. well as we were coming back into the cove our friends at the beach were yelling something when i heard a loud crunch and watched my ladder pull half the front deck out as it hit the bottom. :facepalm:
