southern Utah. the glen canyon dam backs the Colorado river forming lake powell. you'll find the dam located at Page Arizona

my aunt and uncle just got back from a powell trip. they drove, then took a charter to rainbow ridge, antelope, and dangling rope. now i really wanna go.....I just need to figure out some solid sleeping arrangements and maybe early next season we can make it. just think of powell as being north of lake mead, kindof "feeds" it in a sense.

We go to Lake Powell a couple of times a year. We go every year the last week of August with a houseboat. I don't Know when you are planing to go but maybe we could get together and share some of the expenses. If you would like to talk about it email me at mikem7@q.com
