Re: Large Bridge in MN over the Mississippi River down
With computer technology, along with security camera footage of the actual collapse, plus who knows what all else they have at their disposal, they will find out what really happened to this bridge. Until then everything is speculation.
We have bridges inspected both by the Feds and the State on a very regular basis. They do it for a reason, namely that bridges deteriorate over time, and it is important, for obvious reasons, to repair them before they fail.
Something went wrong in this case--it absolutely should not go wrong ever, without some outside unexpected factors (like a barge or ship ramming it, or earthquake or somesuch), and we better find out what that was!
And for those of you that insist on the incessant whining in advance about the idea of someone, anyone, criticizing Bush--get over it. Don't you ever get tired of pretending you're victims? After a while, it simply gets old.
