I think we need up close pictures of each girl to accurately assess the weight on the boat.

have you considered a Tahoe? My father has their version of a deck boat, the 215, that will hold 11 people, a bit tight when you have 11 adults in there, but they make a few steps up from his. They are inexpensive when compared to others on the market, and use Mercruiser engines. I have a Tahoe Q7 that is 21ft and holds 9. We had 7 adults and one child out on it the other day and were comfortable.

I know that link is for brand new one, but I have seen them like my father's 2003 215 in the $7000 range. I paid $2100 for my 01 Q7 over 3 years ago. It was in rough shape when I got it, but it got us through 3 seasons before any major repairs.
