Larson 180 SEI - Extra Storage in Engine

I just recently purchased a 2004 Larson 180 SEI and noticed that there is a ton of unused space in the engine compartment. I was wondering if anyone has ever built in extra storage compartments in the space behind the rear seat?

Any idea's to get more secured storage?

I have a 2006 Larson 208 LXI and I have a factory installed Rubbermaid Tough Box mounted to the floor on one side of the engine. It offers a ton of storage and is waterproof.

My 1997 226 LXi is the same way, we have the rubber maid tub on one side (local walley world for 20 bucks) and dual batteries and tools, umbrellas, the drop in table, etc on the other. LOTS of great space back there, be CREATIVE!!!
