Larson Gel coat

Wondering if anyone has had issues with there gel coat? I have a 2007 Cabrio 240 and the black scratches so easy. Fenders rub the black right off. Also the front of the boat has spider cracks everywhere, had it repaired and now I got blistering. Larson will not stand behind this.
Any info would be great.
