Ive got a late 90s model evinrude 115. It will run good for a bit at first and then it wants to act up. It idles fine but when I throttle down it acts like it wants to stall...then it revs back up....and repeats this process. Also, the bulb doesnt stay tight. Cant even get it to plane. I was hoping to find the problem so I wouldnt have to put it in the shop. Besides the bulb and fuel lines, what should i check out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a horrible time of year to have boat problems...fish are biting. Thanks.
