Later cowling fit on earlier outboard? Pics attached :-)

Hi guys,

I've got a 1999 Merc/Mariner 135 2.0 V6, with a cowl the same as the one shown below:




However I need to take this off to repaint due to a chip. I spotted this on eBay, and wondered whether or not it would fit?
I'd be keeping my original base plate.



Any help greatly appreciated!

Id get them to measure it and show a photo of the inside lockdown tabs

Nope as Opti cowls are different.....
