Hmmm, beleive my son said that, LOL! Carrots, red potatoes, secret spices, leftover ground up steak, 2 spicy Italian sausages chopped up, brown onion, leftover broccoli,, peas ,green beans, corn, few cloves of garlic, celery, and slow cooked overnight. My son and the guys at work loved it!!!

looks like what we use to have on Friday night. Mom kept a container in the freezer, all left overs went there. Thursday night it came out to thaw. that was Friday Dinner.
