laughlin to havasue

im thinking about a fishin trip down the colorado using my pontoon boat as a base and a 8' fiberglass bass hunter as a way ti get back to those little fishin holes does anybody know how far i can go with my nv fishing licences and fuel stops (got to charge those batt) any advice will be greatly appreciated

Yeah The Avi Casino is right on the Nev/CA border. Can't miss it, and there's a bridge too, so duck!!. I am not sure about fuel though. I have powered all of the way up to Laughlin from there and down to Havasu too a couple of times, but it's been 20 years. There are some very serious rock bars, but usually visible.

I have actually plucked a bunch of trout out of the shadows doing exactly what you're talking about. The water stays so cold there I am guessing they are there year round. We'd just throw a spoon as we drifted and they come out and get it.

thanks qc will have to check into the fuel haave 24 gal tank on boat and i carry 15 more in gas cans that should last a weekend but if fishin is good want to stay a week
