leaf springs have no shackels

Inquiring to see what side if not both need shackels. I was doing some investigating, and noticed my boat trailer has no shackels. THe leaf springs are directly bolted to the frame bracket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a bayliner boat and believe my trailer is a ez load with bunks.

Slipper springs work great. Less moving parts and sway. That's why you see them on huge trucks. Only drawback is they can "clack" on very bumpy roads. I hit mine with anti seize grease so they slide better.
