Leaking above water fitting

I have a 95 Fiesta Vee 265 that I recently purchased. I keep in docked in Lake Erie and have taken it out a few times this year without any issues. Today the water was a bit more rough. Before closing everything up I noticed water in the bilge, not much to even suck out with the pump but enough to get me to look. It appears it's coming from a plastic thru-hull that is above water. It looks like it is the fitting where the bilge pump drains out to. I do know that water is not coming in through the hose. Even though it is impossible to see the fitting from inside the bilge, I can trace the water from this general area down to the bilge.

How possible is it that this fitting is either cracked or that water hitting it can get in? Should I take 4200 or 5200 and caulk around the outside of the fitting? Looking for suggestions.

It is extremely likely for a plastic thru hull fitting to be cracked, especially if it is 20+ years old.

plastic thru-hull fittings can crack when they are 5 years old. so at 20, its well past the design life.

replace the fitting.
