leaking rivets ?????

can leaking rivet be welded or should they be replaced , it is alot of work to take everything out of the boat to replace press style rivets , I have a bass racker pan fisher 16

If you can Get to the rivet on the Inside you can re-buck it, and then coat it with some Gluvit. If you only have access from the outside you could use a Pop Rivet coat it with 3m 5200, pop it in, and then fill it and coat it with JB Weld.
